New CDs arriving into the collection include some titles from the Classic Film Scores series such as Casablanca, Gone With the Wind and Sunset Boulevard.  Music superstars also feature with teen pop sensation, Justin Bieber, on My Worlds : the Collection and opera diva, Renee Fleming, on Mozart Arias and Homage: the age of the Diva.   All are currently featured on Listening Post 8 in Arts.  There are eight jukebox listening posts in the Arts Reading Room, where you can listen to CDs from the audiovisual collection.

There is also a great new DVD, Two Centuries of Music at the Chateau de Versailles, actually shot at Versailles.  Also several DVDs in the Les Lecons Particulieres De Musique series, showcasing leading musicians live in concert and in a teaching environment.   These can be requested through the Library’s online catalogue, for playing on audiovisual equipment in Arts during opening hours.
