The next program in the Music and Dance on Film series will held be this Wednesday September 1, between 12.00 and 2.00 in Arts. Two episodes from Tony Palmer’s award-winning documentary series All You Need is Love : the story of popular music, will be screened. They explore the impact of Swing and Rock ‘n’ Roll on popular music.

The screening will be held in the Arts Listening-Viewing Room (enter via the Audio-Visual Centre, from Arts Reading Room and Trescowthick Information Centre). Admission is free and no bookings are required.
Arts screenings in coming weeks include: a Peter Sculthorpe Double Bill featuring two documentaries on the Australian composer, the opera – Mary Stuart, and the world’s favourite ballet – Swan Lake.
