Family historians from all over Victoria visited the State Library throughout August to learn more about the Library’s vast range of resources and services available to help with family history research.

Welfare records for family historians attendees enjoyed a rare opportunity to view original welfare records from the Australian Manuscripts Collection.

Couldn’t make it to an event during August? Due to high demand, repeat sessions of some events will be held in the coming months, so keep an eye on the Library’s What’s on page. Don’t forget, you can always visit the Library or Ask a Librarian for help with your family history research.
